3rd & Brazos Residential Tower, Austin

G&R Electrical has been chosen to assist in the construction of a 3rd & Brazos project with Rogers O'Brien Construction in downtown Austin. This building is a 17 story residential tower with retail and office space on the ground level. It is over 350,000 square feet with 270 apartment units. In addition to the building, we are installing a large ductbank with many obstacles around the site. The projects is a challenge logistically due to its location and site size. We are excited about the opportunity.
