The One West Bank project is a 5-story 175,000 square foot Tenant Improvement that also included an upgraded service, and the addition of a Caterpillar 750 KW generator. G & R Electrical Construction, Inc. started this project with 30% drawings, working hand in hand with the engineering firm to design assist the remainder of the project. The project began in the beginning of May 2009 with a very aggressive (14) week deadline. G&R Electrical Construction, Inc. has installed over 100,000’ of EMT conduit, 3,600’ of cable tray, and over 700,000’ of conductors in this project. We upgraded distribution equipment from 3000 amp to 4000 amp, added (2)UPS, (45) panel sections, and a 1200 amp EMSB.
