State of Texas Historical Renovation Lorenzo De Zavala Archives Library: This project consists of a complete renovation of (4) office and infrastructure floors and (7) storage floors. This building is an owner occupied structure (by the State of Texas) during the entire construction process. We have had several afterhours shut downs replacing the electrical distribution system in the entire building. Along with distribution each floor is being finished out into either offices or storage rooms. This building was built in the 1950s and has never been renovated, this has created many obstacles that we have overcome.
