This project consisted of (2) two phases of construction beginning with phase 1. We started construction on phase 1 in February of 2006 with a completion date of July 2006. The project consisted of 57 acres of retail shopping center. We installed 10,000 linear feet of underground duct banks for the primary electrical, secondary, telephone, and cable TV. We constructed (274) concrete piers, 30,000 lf of trench, conduit and conductors for the (274) parking lot light fixtures. We constructed multiple electrical services to operate the site lighting and some shell buildings. Phase 2 began in February of 2007 with a May 2007 completion. Phase (2) consisted of a 30 acre site next to phase one with 5,000 linear feet of underground duct banks for the primary electrical, secondary, telephone, and cable TV. We constructed (82) concrete piers, 15,000 lf of trench, conduit and conductors for the (82) parking lot light fixtures. We constructed multiple electrical services to operate the site lighting. Buildings AB, Y, and Z consisted of 55,000 square feet of shell space built as (3) building, with (3) electrical distribution centers for (2) future office spaces and Gold's Gym. Building D consisted of 63,000 square feet of shell space for future tenants such as Beall's Department Store and other retail outlets. Famous Footwear retail store out which consists of the power, lighting and devices for the shoe store. We constructed and completed this project on a 30 day schedule.
