This project consists of (7) floors of first generation office space. We will be building (2) concurrently throughout the project. This project has a very aggressive 18 week schedule and is 135,000 square feet of office space and a parking garage. We are very excited to be a member of this team and this challenge. This building is a 17 story residential tower with retail and office space on the ground level. It is over 350,000 square feet with 270 apartment units. In addition to the building, we are installing a large ductbank with many obstacles around the site. The projects is a challenge logistically due to its location and site size. We are excited about the opportunity. This project consist of 365,000 square feet of white box shell space with a 60 acre site. This project will also be constructed on a very aggressive 9 month schedule.
