Weekly Toolbox Talks:

Each week we implement a "weekly toolbox talks" with our superintendents. The superintendent is in charge of reviewing each of the topics with each of their employees under their direct supervision.

SAFETY INSPECTIONS:

"Spot" checks with the safety director when he arrives at a jobsite unannounced. He then works his way through the project and employees looking for unsafe practices and circumstances. After a thorough inspection our safety director is responsible for issuing safety violations for the supervisor and his crew/jobsite “write ups”. He has implemented a “Three Strikes You Are Out Policy”. If the jobsite supervisor receives a third strike safety violation he is then given time off work with out pay.

Train the Trainer: The Safety Director, George Picken Sr. has continuous training classes on OSHA standards in work related subjects.
